Stillness: Study 28

I wake to the expansiveness of this day. So much possibility - boundless opportunity - I make a mental note about going with the flow. I find myself at a juncture and realize that I have to make several decisions soon. The many thoughts and questions that arise seem overwhelming. I welcome stillness and quiet my mind. I trust in the unfolding and move forward with confidence —

Wisdom and answers spring forth in stillness.

I sit and become very still. I close my eyes and listen to my breath and my heart beating. I feel safe. From the top of my head to my toes, I am at peace—my entire body is relaxed. My breath guides me. Thoughts emerge - I notice and release. I ask and wait for answers, breathing in and out.

Silence isn’t empty. It’s full of answers.
— The Sabi.
