Sow

Each day of my life I am sowing seeds that one day I will harvest.
— Gautama Buddha

Reflection:

I sow. I am a sower of love. I am a sower of kindness. I am a sower of peace. I am a sower of happiness. I sow grace. I sow generosity. I sow gentleness. I sow confidence. I sow discipline. I sow seeds of health. I sow seeds of patience. I sow seeds of justice. I sow wealth. I am a sower of all things beneficial. I am nourished by the fruits of my harvest.

Gratitude:

I am so thankful for my ability to sow love and kindness in the world. As I do this, the world around me is benefited, and my harvest is love and kindness. I am grateful that also that I sow seeds that sprout into the greens that I enjoy on a daily basis and for all of the other seeds sown, and for all of their beauty I enjoy in their growing, and the peace I experience in the caring for them, and their fruits that nourish me fully, keeping me happy and healthy.
